This is a visualization activity that I have been practicing to connect deeper with myself and bring awareness to the good parts of my life and healing journey. I recommend doing this visualization in a space where you feel comfortable and at peace.
Visualization
In your mind's eye, picture yourself standing in front of a mirror. You are looking at your reflection with a newfound sense of compassion and understanding. Your eyes are soft and gentle, and face relaxed. You appear to be at peace with yourself—inside and out.
