Sometimes, our efforts feel like they’re leading nowhere—whether professionally, creatively, or personally. It seems almost irrational to 'trust the process' when we can’t see immediate results. However, I read today that 'Perfectionism, our desire to control circumstances to create favorable outcomes, can be dangerous to our destiny.' Therefore, we should ask ourselves: How are we trusting in something greater than ourselves to take control of the bigger plan, allowing us to focus on being present, intentional, and restful?
If you’re reading this and have been struggling with trusting whether what you’re doing will pay off, I want to encourage you to trust and surrender. The mere fact that you took the first step toward growth—whether it's learning a new skill, embarking on an adventure, starting a healing journey, or leaving a toxic environment—is a testament to change. Remember, every step you take is progress, even when the results aren’t immediately visible.
You have everything you need within you—rich in spirit and abundant in life.
With gratitude and love,
